2004 Ford Thunderbird tired of the dealer – Costa Mesa

Disappointed and frustrated with the dealer I decided to give Mike’s Auto Repair in Huntington Beach a call. I had been a customer a long time ago but when I got my 2004 Ford Thunderbird I thought I had to take it to the dealer to keep my warranty. But when I had it in the last time it was the last straw. They had a list of things that they said needed repaired and I just wasn’t convinced. I called Mike’s Auto Repair and they told me bring it right over. I gave them the list and they checked my car. They found that I needed my hoses and belt replaced. The repairs were done, and they were less than the dealer. While I was at the shop, Mike told me that I didn’t need to go to the dealer for service to keep up my warranty, it’s actually a law that I can go anywhere I want!
